方圆贷款本部位于南加州气候宜人的尔湾市(Irvine),成立于2010年,虽然是一个小的start up贷款公司,但是凭着优良的团队执行力和自始至终为客人把关负责的态度,四年多来成长迅速,放款将近5亿。公司拥有加州(CA佛州(FL马里兰州(MD德州(TX以及弗吉尼亚州(VA五个州的执照。

如果是毕业刚工作的学生还没有拿到H1B或者绿卡,只要有EAD就能够申请,利率与公民无异。

奇虎贷款利率-CA, TX, MD, VA-6月20日星期一

SUMMARY:今天(06月20日星期一)开盘时的房贷利率价格和上个工作日相比持平。目前
重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率稳定在3.500%,15年固定利率稳定在2.750%,
5/1 ARM稳定为2.750%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率稳定为3.375%,15年固定
稳定为2.625%,5/1 ARM稳定为2.625%.

重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定利率下降在3.375%,15年固定利率稳定在2.750%,
5/1 ARM下降为2.750%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率稳定为3.375%,15年固定
稳定为2.625%,5/1 ARM下降为2.625%.
