[健身日记] 新的开始

今天在24 hour fitness 办了会员卡。顺便练了一下,摸了摸久违了的杠和铁片。

12/28/2017
Workout:
Back squat: 45 lb * 5, 65 lb * 5, 85 lb * 5 * 5
Dead lift: 135 lb * 5
Overhead press: 25 lb * 5 * 2, 45 lb * 4, 45 lb * 3
Barbell row: 45 lb * 5

没找到bench所以没有做卧推😔

好久不练了,今天感觉浑身很酸爽。

Workout:- squat: 45 lb * 10 * 5
- dead lift: 135 lb * 5, 155 lb * 1, 155 lb * 2, 155 lb * 2
- hip thrust: 135 lb * 5 * 5
- barbell revert row: body weight * 5 * 2
- floor press (can't find bench): 45 lb * 5 * 5
- barbell row: 65 lb * 5 * 5
- swim: 500 m?

Diet:
- Breakfast: 2 tbsp of honey rose and jasmine tea + 2 tbsp of cooked rice + 0.5 salted duck egg

- Lunch: 1 tortilla + hot spicy tofu + bean threads + Chinese sausages + celery + 1 tbsp of cooked rice
- Snack: 1 6 oz yogurt, 4 sweet rolls, bean threads + hot spicy tofu

- Dinner: 2 tbsp of cook rice + 0.5 salted duck egg; wonton soup; a bite of bean threads; 1 Korean red bean cake; 3 small sticky rice balls

继续酸爽。要扶着扶手下楼。
发现了一个问题:腰酸。这说明发力发错了,正确的不会腰酸,而是gluts 酸。今天得注意了,打算加些预热twitch下

楼主,我看你30号这楼,instagram第一个视频里面,squats你站起来的时候,wiggled your way up,那样会伤到腰吧

腰酸是发力错了吧? deadlift 会让腰酸 但是不会需要扶着下楼吧
