Meditation 确实有用,推荐:1) App: Insight Timer. A platform with Guided Meditation, Music, Etc.    2) Center for mindfulness from UMass Medical School.  I attended their 5-day workshop of mindfulness tools. It was a life changing experience to me.

Google "narcissistic personality" or "narcissist disorder". When you understand their patterns you'll get over it.
