嗯, 好像是这样的。 重量还在涨,不明白为什么,难道有了另外的可能性?或是食物计量不够精确?再试一个星期。

唉,牙肿了。估计不减肥也会瘦了吧?
不知有没有MM 经历过同样的过程,控制饮食一周左右就会牙齿出问题。 像是上火,但也不应该啊,水喝了,菜吃的很多,唯一控制的就是碳水,还会这样。而且不是第一次了,难道减肥就这么难吗?
锻炼:hiking 1 小时
早餐:skip
午餐:spare ribs with rice and vegetable :600
snack :酸奶:100
