期待质变。监督自己。记录

1.7 Saturday
       9:40 am, no breakfast, with a cup of black coffee
        Running outside, 40 minutes
        Definition : Weights lift group class, 1 hour
        TRX 30 minutes
         Zumba class 1 hour

      Diet: not clean enough , too much carbohydrate and sugar




1.6 Friday
       No workout
       Diet : not clean at all, too much oil and sugar




1.5 Thursday
        8:30 am before breakfast, with a cup of black coffee
        TRX 1 hour (with trainer)





updates 4: 哈哈,这个人太捧场,回帖好几次,不回复对不起你。                                              
  用你的逻辑来说,我应该shut up不要再回应你任何指责包括“造谣”的,但我从小就有被人误解了手痒心痒一定要解释下的这种即便自己知道“who cares”,所以容许我最后再说几句:

                我没有BSO。我从小到大喜欢的用的吃的穿的看的东西都没有变过,你说我show off的这些物质的东西都只是在看我看来很平常的事,一点都不“高大上”,我说“priivate jet”很明显是因为我想表示对我来说坐private jet也都没有什么好炫耀的,更何况拿吃的穿的呢。所以当你非要说我“造谣”用吃的穿的来show off(何况我根本没有要拿这些show off)我觉得又气又好笑。

               这个事实很残酷但我还是想告诉你:你之所以觉得我“造谣”说这些本不“高大上”的事物是在show off是因为你只是个连这样的生活都过不上但肤浅对于物质极其敏感散发铜臭味的wannabe,你对于我的指控和揶揄只是把这个事实展现的更清楚而已。


      

btw, 哈哈,你是我人生中第一个说我mean和defensive的人...  但我觉得我刚才上面那些话才是defensive 好不好,之前一点都不..

另外,如果不是你之前先offensive ,我干嘛要deffensive ?


      

既然你觉得我说的话让你笑都笑死了,我挺欣慰的,请你继续笑吧... 我呢,会继续努力,and be grateful and be humble !我的人生priciple 是:自己努力付出所获得的东西(包括事业、身材等等)来值得show off ..

      我觉得楼主 works hard for her body and she earns it!!! It takes a lot of determinations and disciplines, which speaks a lot about a person. 如果我身材有楼主那么hot 我也会经常show off!
      
      参加过spartan race 的人我觉得都很牛逼~~ 我一个朋友正在prepare for spartan beast in August.
      我没有参加过, 不过看到楼主提及我超级感兴趣, 想参加最beginner 的那个race. 我正在网上做research. 我的training 是WT + cardio acceleration between sets, 有点像circuit training 或者HIIT WT, 不过我得加大力度, 觉得我应该去试试crossfit 一个月然后回来自己练.

我也觉得lz很hot。。很dedicated。。。好看也值得学习的榜样。。。
      
      但是lz的update 对别人也很mean啊。。。。
      
      而且说bso不就是指出一个事实吗,指出个事实,lz不爱听,还纽约佛罗里达private jet都出来了。。。真是说别人的时候都不忘自己高大上一下。。。
      
      我感觉人特别defensive的时候,往往是知道别人说的其实有些truth的。。。。。如果完全编造诽谤。。根本不会急着辩解,笑都笑死了。。。  
      
      
      
    
      
      
        
         update 2: 看到很多不友好的回复,原本并不想在意,但似乎愈演愈烈,删了照片,且啰嗦两句。
            首先,我不明白为什么会有人觉得我在show off... sweetheart, 这年头private jet从nyc飞miami都只要几万,还有人会拿吃了什么穿了什么来show off的么?i mean ... seriously ? 我没有自卑到那个程度。
            再者,没有自信的人才会拿这些物质、名利等外在的东西来寻求关注。也许父辈的资本让后辈有了privilege life, 但是不是自己拼搏付出得到的东西,还拿出来炫耀,不是一件很令人羞愧的事么,只是一个spoiled rat而已。
            另外,我不是白富美,请不要扣这个帽子在我头上。
            最后,如果你非要觉得我是在bso,well, 我承认,我在这里炫耀我自己的汗水和努力,and i feel goood about myself。如果你关注我的routine,并且尝试自己去完成,你就知道我在这件事上有多么认真努力。
            当然,如果对别人讽刺嘲笑鄙视挑刺能让你对自己的生活、自己的状态感到满意,go ahead, 我乐意做这个好人,im grateful, and learning to be humble everyday。生活愉快!
          
          所有一直在努力付出汗水的人,stay gold ! stay awesome !
         (弱弱问下。有没有人出来批评我routine/diet的或者提建议的,或者只是彼此讨论一起进步的。这个板块的人不是应该都是各种迷健身想提高的人么)

            笑死了。楼主是秀腹肌还是秀胸啊?秀腹肌的话拜托穿个运动内衣,秀胸就痛痛快快地秀。
          
           爬了十页的楼,发现大家并没有问什么问题。楼主倒是自己忙不迭在首页更新里BSO自己在穿衣吃饭上是如何的高大上。然后还得提醒大家自己很能吃但是不胖。
          
           不作死就不会死。大家眼睛雪亮,都不傻。对了楼主知道有个词叫attention whore吗?

           既然被你说了“作死”,“whore”这样的词,你是绝对得到我的attention了,我就拉出来回复下你。
           照片洗完澡随意一拍。其实这类型的照片健身的女孩子拍的蛮多的,不知为何让你如此惊讶甚至恼怒。
           我没有BSO,我在讲自己的size,不知道你是如何得出高大上这个结论的。我没有说我不胖,我很能吃所以我push myself hard 尽量保证高强度高频次的健身。
           其实我真的没有很懂得你说这些不太友好甚至有些攻击性的话的用意。但我真的更希望你来评价我训练不够好,饮食不够好这样的问题,毕竟这是一个fitness板块。
          最后想说, 我不知道为什么在我反复看你的话时会有些同情你,我不知道现实的你如何,过的怎么样,但真心希望你生活愉快,梦想成真!

                                    过去两周情绪不好,饮食和健身不够规律,长脂肪是小,感觉自己在堕落。i hate loosing… so, 人生第一次开健身帖,每天打卡,期待重新开始,克制自己。也和这里的大家一起努力。
                                    目前数据: 5'4" , 113lb, body fat level 20%

                      Update 1:看了回复,简单说下我的情况:健身数年,应该属于中高阶(trainer说的😅),看我的routine 其实可以对我水平略知一二。Spartan race , Muay Thai boxing , tennis 都有练。很fiT我承认。看起来skinny , 其实摸起来才知道都是肌肉,特别是腿、臀部和手臂。(我最满意自己的臀部,只是不知道怎么拍和大家分享)
                         穿衣Italy 38, France34 , jeans 穿23,24。 la perla push up款的我穿34c ,非push up的34b, thong 穿Xs            
                          我的问题在于我特别能吃 ==#  特别是dessert . 比如每次去le cirque 吃完自己点的dessert 餐厅manager都会主动再送2份甜点(因为他很evil知道我对甜食毫无抵抗力😭) ,再比如晚上9点多看完show先去the modern dinner,再去mandarin oriental 的lounge 吃吃喝喝,最后再去landMarc夜宵 ......不说了,真的觉得很不好意思。所以就是属于一个在健身的吃货 。和大家无差,一起努力。            
                             目前健身地点有:大gym : reebok sports club , 小studio : gym downstairs of my condo, my trainer's studio,  HIIT class gym , boxing gym.
