WT:  Back & Shoulder

  - Clean & Press:  70lbs,  新杆子磨得手掌酸痛。

  - Seated cable back row:  45kg.  Neutral grip. Gym 新换了几个器械,今天我第一次用,直接选了60准备Warm up, 硬是没拉动。仔细看了一下才发现是公斤制, 每次选重量都要先从磅换算一下,很是不习惯!
