小时候家里不富裕, 父母工资不高, 还要每月给奶奶, 外婆家寄钱。 那时候商店里卖的几毛钱到几块钱一斤的糕点, 只有逢年过节, 或家里来人, 我们小孩儿才有机会吃到解解馋。离家不远有家糕点铺, 隔三差五的会以很便宜的的价格卖点心渣, 妈妈经常会买几斤回来, 先让小孩子把里面比较大块的点心挑出来解馋, 然后把剩下比较细 的点心渣再用擀面杖擀一擀, 用来包发面馅儿饼。因为点心渣油大,里面还经常有芝麻, 果脯什么的, 所以饼出锅之后, 闻着就香得不得了, 吃到口中更是又香又甜。 那时候觉得这种点心渣馅饼实在是太好吃了。
